Bs5979 Cat II
Highest standard a Alarm Receive centre can attain.
Installation and Remote Monitoring of detector activated CCTV Code of Practice. This sets the standards on the design, installation, commissioning, operation and remote monitoring of detector activated CCTV systems.
Our Engineers and staff are all graded according to formal qualifications and their on-site experience. All our engineers have received manufacture training to the highest standards and are not permitted to work on equipment unless they have had the relevant training. Fully Inspected to BS7858 they are the best of the best.
Once you have installed your IP surveillance solution, connection of your system to Goldeneye’s Remote Monitoring Station will greatly enhance the level of safety, security and crime prevention. In addition, from our ARC we can provide safe, secure and verified access and exit control and provide a variety of other environmental and building control services to any location throughout the UK or the rest of the world.
At the heart of our monitoring systems are a number of mission critical servers, of the type used in defence and financial institutions, each with multiple processors and multiple hard drives constantly backing each other up for maximum security, permanently monitoring the surveillance systems in the field.
During the agreed monitoring periods our systems constantly monitor your digital IP surveillance system and will instantly alert us to any danger or intrusion. Following an alarm activation, our system receives the live video images or alarm signals and immediately distributes them to the screen of a trained operator. The operator interprets the images and information being received and initiates an appropriate response which has previously been agreed with the client.
The response can involve calling the emergency services or alerting either the key holder or alarm response provider in order to take the appropriate action. We can also hold voice communication with and issue warnings to intruders, for additional deterrence and crime prevention.
The system immediately provides the operator on screen with all relevant information concerning the site in order to conduct an appropriate response. This includes:-
The required response as detailed by the client.
Local police or other emergency response numbers.
Key holder details and contacts.
Details of any special hazards on site.
Where appropriate, a site security map.
Alarm events are monitored to conclusion and digitally recorded to evidential standards for future prosecution of offenders if required.
In addition to monitoring and recording alarm events we can conduct the following operations for any site in the UK, or if necessary, anywhere in the world:-
Conduct routine camera and alarm patrols of sites.
Constantly test the functioning of cameras and every part of the system remotely to provide immediate notice of any partial or full system failures.
Adjust camera performance remotely for maximum functionality.
International standards that proves

identifies quality system elements.
