Our staff are all graded according to formal qualifications and their experience. All our staff have received training to the highest standards and are not permitted to work on any security system unless they have had the relevant training. Fully inspected to BS7858 they are the best of the best.
Our staff are fully qualified, certified and security screened to industry standards. No inexperienced staff are allowed in the control room without supervision.
All staff are at a minimum, level two awarded in Public Space Surveillance. Our Staff can also draw on a wealth of Armed forces and security experience which includes managing military security systems, retail security, risk assessment management and the implementation of retail security systems and procedures.
In order for our operators to conduct a thoroughly professional response to alarm events and provide the highest level of service to our clients and the community, our training goes far beyond what is the normally accepted level of CCTV operatives. Our training subjects not only include day to day operational training but also training in such subjects as anger management, conflict resolution, major incident resolution, stress management, conditioning, criminal and civil law and health and safety.
