Goldeneye UK have established the UK’s first and only state-of-the-art, exclusively digital IP based Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to offer our clients an advanced remote monitoring and alarm response facility. Working closely with the manufacturers of the new systems, the project has taken over a year to develop, including five months of testing. Our objective was to provide a market leading monitoring service for IP based surveillance and security systems. That objective has now been achieved and the centre is now fully operational. We have invested heavily in the very best technology available and our software and systems enable us to offer tailor made remote monitoring solutions to suit client’s exact requirements. We operate mainly throughout the UK but can if necessary, monitor locations throughout the world. We continue to work with leading manufacturers and developers in IP surveillance, remote access and environmental control systems, and also with those in the wireless and satellite industries to create innovative, worthwhile, integrated IP security solutions for the future. As a result we are constantly adding to our services to the security industry in order to maintain our position as the UK’s foremost remote monitoring provider for all IP based surveillance and security systems.
We therefore provide a one stop shop for the complete IP security solution, providing an end to end service from concept, design and installation, post sales technical support, and on through to remote monitoring and alarm response. In this respect Goldeneye are unique in the UK.
